WHAT I DO

After more than 30 years working alongside business owners, executives and private families,

I’ve learned that the most valuable support rarely fits neatly into a job description.

Sometimes you need someone to manage the details.

Sometimes you need someone to untangle a process that isn’t working.

And sometimes you simply need a capable person who can hear, “Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish,” and take it from there.

That’s where I come in.

THE THINGS THAT DON’T FIT ON A LIST

Some of my favorite projects begin with: “I’m not even sure if this is something you do…”

Me: Probably.

Over the years, I’ve researched obscure information, coordinated complicated logistics, built systems from scratch,

cleaned up messy records, written everything from executive correspondence and marketing copy, to procedure manuals,

managed vendors, organized projects, and figured out solutions when there wasn’t an obvious roadmap.

If it requires organization, research, communication, judgment and follow-through, it’s worth asking.

WHY Angie’s Concierge?

EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

I’ve spent more than three decades helping executives, entrepreneurs, private families and small organizations keep things moving.

My background spans executive administration, business operations, bookkeeping, office management, project coordination, human resources, customer relations, communications and private-client support.

But experience is more than knowing how to use software or complete a task.

It’s knowing what questions to ask. It’s noticing what’s missing.

It’s understanding when something needs immediate attention, and when it doesn’t.

It’s protecting confidential information, communicating professionally, and following something through without requiring someone else to manage the person who was hired to help manage it.

That judgment is what my clients are really hiring.

HOW I WORK

Every client is different, so the arrangement can be, too.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Regular monthly administrative, operational or executive support for businesses and private clients.

PROJECT-BASED
A defined project, cleanup, transition, research assignment or short-term need.

FRACTIONAL SUPPORT
Experienced operational or administrative support without adding another full-time position.

Most work can be handled virtually, with limited on-site

and travel availability depending on the project.

A LITTLE ABOUT ANGIE

I’ve been organizing businesses, solving problems, and helping people get things done

since long before “virtual assistant” was a job title.

I’ve worked in corporate environments, small businesses, private family offices, and entrepreneurial

organizations, and I’m most at home working directly with the people making the decisions.

I like complicated projects. I like good systems. I love a beautifully organized spreadsheet.

And I’m probably going to notice the detail everyone else missed.

I believe in a commitment to excellence, being resourceful, communicating clearly,

treating people well, and doing what I said I would do.

And while technology has changed considerably during my career,

the things that make someone truly valuable haven't:

Good judgment. Discretion. Resourcefulness. Reliability. And Follow-through.

NEED AN EXTRA SET OF VERY EXPERIENCED HANDS?

You don't necessarily need another employee.

You may just need the right person to help you get it done.

Tell me what you're working on, what's falling through the cracks, or what you

simply don't have time to handle.

LET’S TALK.
